idealne je prestriedat 1R+2L+3R+1L+2R+3L mozno je to trosku nezrozumitelne pisane, ale verim, ze sa pri cviceni dobre zabavite ak vas napadnu akekolvek obmeny mojej choreografie, rada uvitam feedback tesim sa na vase prispevky
